ar786 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and ar786 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing ar786 through any device, browser or connection, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you are accessing ar786 on behalf of another person, you agree on their behalf as well and you are responsible for ensuring that they have read and understood these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ar786 with respect to the use of the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of features on ar786 — including placing bets, playing casino games and making withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18+ throughout your use of the platform.
• You may only hold one account on ar786. If you already have an existing account, you may not register a new one. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension without prior notice.
• The personal details you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth and your contact information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. ar786 is not responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use your account on your behalf.
• You may not register an account if you have previously been excluded from ar786 or if your account has been closed for a breach of these Terms.

ar786 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for the decline.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

ar786 is required to verify the identity of its players. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal will be processed. ar786 may also request KYC verification at any other time if it deems it necessary.

Documents Required

• A clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) or a valid Pakistani passport.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face.
• In some cases, proof of your payment method may be requested — for example, a screenshot showing your name and mobile wallet number or bank account number.

KYC Process

Documents submitted for KYC review are assessed by the ar786 team. Clear, well-lit submissions are typically reviewed within a few hours during business hours. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit. Once KYC is approved, you will not need to repeat the process for standard future withdrawals.

ar786 may delay or withhold a withdrawal while KYC review is pending. This is not a permanent hold on your funds — it is a standard process that applies to all first-time withdrawal requests.

4Deposits

ar786 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All deposits are credited to your ar786 account balance in PKR without currency conversion charges applied by the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take longer to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.
• ar786 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must be registered in your own name and match your account details.
• ar786 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ar786's control.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

ar786 reserves the right to return a deposit if it has reason to believe the funds originate from a compromised payment method or are connected to fraudulent activity.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ar786 account are processed in PKR to your registered and verified payment method. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the payment method used for deposits where applicable. ar786 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• ar786 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may charge receiving fees.
• ar786 may request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal amounts. This is a security measure and any holds will be communicated to you.
• Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. Your real-money balance is always available to withdraw independently of active bonus funds.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ar786 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).
• Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and other game types may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device or IP address applies.
• ar786 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions with committed bonuses already issued will be honoured at the terms originally published.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7Sports Betting Rules

ar786's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL and T20 international matches), football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ar786:

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official score provider.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or shortened, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply. These are detailed within each market's rules section.
• For cricket matches, including PSL fixtures, if a match is interrupted by rain or other factors and does not reach its minimum required overs, bets may be voided or settled based on the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable.

Void Bets

• A bet may be voided if the market it was placed on was offered in error or with incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
• ar786 reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable suspicion of match fixing or manipulation of the relevant event.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted on selected markets and matches. In-play odds are updated in real-time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ar786 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within each market. These limits are absolute — where a winning calculation exceeds the published maximum, only the maximum amount will be paid.

8Casino, Slots and Bingo

All casino games, slot titles and bingo rooms available on ar786 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means all outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each slot or casino game are sourced from the game provider and represent the theoretical long-term average return over millions of spins or rounds — they are not a guarantee of any specific session result.
• If a game experiences a technical fault during a round, the round may be declared void and any stake refunded. Partial rounds that cannot be completed due to a technical issue will not be settled as a win.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server log, the server log takes precedence for settlement purposes.
• Bingo game results are generated in advance and verified independently. Room schedules, ticket prices and prize structures for each bingo room are displayed before purchase.
• Maximum single-session win limits may apply to certain progressive jackpot slots. Where applicable, these are displayed within the relevant game's information panel.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ar786. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings and may result in further action:

• Registering more than one account on ar786, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to place bets or interact with games on ar786.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or technical glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a deposit payment after funds have been used for betting or gaming activity on ar786.
• Coordinating with other players to artificially manipulate game outcomes, bonus conditions or withdrawal processes.
• Using ar786 for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including but not limited to commercial betting operations or money laundering.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ar786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion. The most common reasons for suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation or financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Confirmed multi-accounting.
• A player voluntarily requesting account closure under a self-exclusion arrangement.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance held in the account at the time of closure will be voided. Real-money balances remaining in a suspended account will be handled according to the specific circumstances of the closure — where a closure is not related to fraudulent activity, real-money funds will typically be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable review period.

If you wish to close your own account, contact support through your logged-in ar786 account. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11Privacy and Data

By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and ar786.

ar786 does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa infrastructure providers) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is governed by the privacy policies of those respective providers.

12Responsible Gaming

ar786 takes responsible gaming seriously as part of operating a platform that players can use safely over time. We do not provide gambling in a way designed to exploit players, and we encourage all players to approach the platform as entertainment with a defined personal budget.

13Limitation of Liability

• ar786 is not liable for losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform where that information contains an error that could not reasonably have been detected at the time.
• ar786 is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device failures or disruptions to third-party payment services.
• ar786's liability for any verified platform error that results in an incorrect bet settlement is limited to the return of the relevant stake. ar786 does not pay out speculative winnings based on what a player believes they would have won had the error not occurred.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

ar786 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their account email or through an in-platform notification.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of ar786 following a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
